目的 评价准分子激光角膜切削术 (PRK)和准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术 (LASIK )治疗中低度近视术后一年裸眼视力比较。方法 对PRK 5 0例 (98眼 ) ,LASIK 5 0例 (97例 )眼 ,屈光度 -0 .75D～ -6.0 0D。散光度 0 .0 0～ -4 .0 0DC ,术前裸眼视力及矫正视力均无显著性差异的患者随访观察。结果 LASIK优于PRK ,LASIK在术后一年随访中裸眼视力均数值高于PRK ,术后 4天、1周、1月、3月两组裸眼视力有显著差异 ,6个月两组裸眼视力无显著性差异。结论 LASIK优于PRK
Objective To evaluate the uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) of one year after laser in situ keratomileusis (PRK) and excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Methods 50 PRK cases (98 eyes), LASIK 50 eyes (97 eyes), and refraction -0 .75D ~ -6.0 0D. Astigmatism0.0 ~ -4 .0 0DC, preoperative uncorrected visual acuity and corrected visual acuity were not significantly different patients were followed up. Results The LASIK was superior to PRK. The visual acuity of LASIK was higher than that of PRK at one year follow-up. The visual acuity of uncorrected visual acuity was significantly different between the two groups at 4 days, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation. The uncorrected visual acuity No significant difference. Conclusion LASIK is better than PRK
