Chronic carbon disulfide (CS_2) poisoning in patients with normal middle, ruler, peroneal total tibial nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and nerve evoked potentials (NEP) were routinely determined at room temperature 26 ℃ ~ 29 ℃. Found that in addition to the common peroneal nerve group compared with the normal control group MCV slowed down, the other three nerve MCV no significant difference between the two groups. Compared with the normal control group, the NEP duration of the common peroneal nerve in patients increased, the voltage decreased, the phase increased, and the ulnar nerve and tibial nerve decreased. The results showed that the peroneal nerve of chronic CS2 poisoning was more easily invaded than other nerves. The change of nerve evoked potentials was more sensitive than the change of MCV in the diagnosis of chronic CS2 toxic peripheral neuritis.
