姜礼燔,江苏无锡人,1956年于上海水产学院水产养殖系首届本科毕业,毕业后分配在中央水产部工作,多次陪部领导受毛主席、周恩来、朱德、陈毅及谭震林接见及汇报工作;先后陪许德衔部长、高文华、金城、杨扶清副部长分别考察滇、鲁、鄂、赣及浙等地,被定到苏联参加渔业资源调查开发;参加撰写中国淡水鱼类养殖学、农业百科全书及翻译英文《淡水鱼类养殖标准》一书;参加研制国家渔业水质标准及海水水质标准。如今虽然年近八旬,但他依然活跃在渔药领域,并多次到英、德、意、法、奥地利讲学及参与学术交流。 Jiang Li burnt, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, 1956 in the Shanghai Fisheries University Department of aquaculture graduated the first undergraduate, after graduation assigned to work in the Central Fisheries Department, accompanied many times by the leadership of Chairman Mao, Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, Chen Yi and Tan Zhenlin interview and reporting work; Vice Minister Xu Dehua, Gao Wenhua, Jincheng and Yang Fuqing inspected Yunnan, Shandong, Hubei, Jiangxi and Zhejiang respectively.
