目的 为了分析端粒酶催化亚基在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况。方法 对52例各型乳腺癌病理样本进行了端粒酶活性(TRAP-ELISA方法)和端粒酶催化亚基(hTERT)mRNA表达检测(RT-PCR)。同时还比较了同一样本的癌组织和癌组织端粒酶活性和hTERT的表达情况。结果 表明乳腺癌组织样本中94%呈端粒酶阳性,癌旁组织中有部分样本(2/35)呈弱阳性;hTERT(P<0.01)。结论 认为端粒酶活性可能成为乳腺癌恶性程度或肿瘤易发指标,并且有可能采用更为廉价的RT-PCR进行辅助诊断。
Objective To analyze the expression of telomerase catalytic subunit in breast cancer. Methods The telomerase activity (TRAP-ELISA) and telomerase catalytic subunit (hTERT) mRNA expression (RT-PCR) were detected in 52 cases of breast cancer. At the same time, the telomerase activity and hTERT expression in the same sample were compared. The results showed that 94% of breast cancer tissue samples were positive for telomerase, and some of the adjacent tissues (2/35) were weakly positive; hTERT (P<0.01). Conclusion It is considered that telomerase activity may be a marker of breast cancer malignancy or tumor susceptibility, and it may be possible to use cheaper RT-PCR to assist diagnosis.
