目的:探讨胎盘胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)、胰高血糖素样肽-1受体(GLP-1R)水平与新生儿出生体重的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测30例分娩正常出生体重儿组(AGA组)、28例高出生体重儿组(LGA组)及28例低出生体重儿组(SGA组)胎盘组织中GLP-1、GLP-1R的表达水平。结果:①LGA组胎盘组织中GLP-1、GLP-1R的表达水平低于AGA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SGA组胎盘组织中GLP-1、GLP-1R的表达水平高于AGA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②胎盘组织中GLP-1、GLP-1R的表达水平与新生儿出生体重呈负相关(r=-0.454,P<0.05;r=-0.512,P<0.05)。结论:胎盘组织中GLP-1、GLP-1R表达水平的变化可能在新生儿出生体重的调节中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between placental glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) levels and newborn birth weight. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of GLP-1 in placenta from 30 normal birth weight births (AGA group), 28 high birth weight infants (LGA group) and 28 low birth weight infants (SGA group) 1, GLP-1R expression levels. Results: (1) The expression of GLP-1 and GLP-1R in placenta of LGA group was lower than that in AGA group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of GLP-1 and GLP-1R in SGA group were significantly higher than those in AGA group (P <0.05). ② The expression of GLP-1 and GLP-1R in placenta was negatively correlated with the birth weight (r = -0.454, P <0.05; r = -0.512, P <0.05). Conclusion: The changes of GLP-1 and GLP-1R expression in placenta may play an important role in the regulation of birth weight.
