为制定中国中老年男性红细胞压积参考值的统一标准提供科学依据，收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康中老年男性红细胞压积参考值，并对其与海拔高度的关系进行了研究，发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，中老年男性红细胞压积参考值也在逐渐增大，相关性很显著．用一元回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程．如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度，就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的中老年男性红细胞压积参考值．
To provide a scientific basis for the development of uniform standards for reference value of Chinese middle-aged and old men’s hematocrit, and to collect the reference value of healthy middle-aged men’s hematocrit measured by Wen’s method in different parts of China, and to study its relationship with altitude, It is found that with the gradual increase of altitude, the reference value of hematocrit in middle-aged and elderly men also gradually increases, and the correlation is very significant. A regression equation was derived using the method of one-way regression analysis. If you know the altitude of a place in China, you can use the regression equation to estimate the region of the elderly men’s hematocrit reference value.
