校内督导制:扎根儿童 关注人人

江苏省太仓市实验小学从2004年开始实施校内督导制,现已形成一套以“扎根儿童关注人人”为理念引领的科学规范、行之有效的操作规程。每学年,学校都会分年级确定督导主题,分时段实施(每次一周左右)校内督导,督导内容主要指向每门学科的核心素养;督导主体专业、多元;督导流程不断优化,特别关注督前培训与督后协商;督导方法主要包括观察法、问卷调查法、访谈法、测试法和资料分析法。 Taicang City, Jiangsu Province Experimental Primary School since 2004, the implementation of the school supervisory system, has now formed a set of “rooted in children’s attention to everyone” as the concept of scientific guidance, effective rules of practice. In each school year, the school will determine the theme of supervision at different levels and carry out the supervision within each school (every week or so). The content of the supervision mainly points to the core qualities of each subject. The main and professional disciplines are diversified.
