目的建立复方庆大霉素冲洗剂中呋喃西林和氢化可的松的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法对呋喃西林和氢化可的松进行含量测定,流动相为甲醇-水-三乙胺(55∶45∶0.1);检测波长:245 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果呋喃西林和氢化可的松分别在9.96~99.60、5.08~50.80μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.45%和98.90%。结论改进处方的复方庆大霉素冲洗剂制剂质量稳定,含量测定操作简单,结果准确,可用于其质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of nitrofurazone and hydrocortisone in compound gentamicin irrigant. Methods The content of nitrofurazone and hydrocortisone were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was methanol - water - triethylamine (55:45:0.1), the detection wavelength was 245 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1) . Results Nitrofurantin and hydrocortisone showed a good linearity in the range of 9.96 ~ 99.60 and 5.08 ~ 50.80μg · ml ~ (-1) respectively with the average recoveries of 100.45% and 98.90%, respectively. Conclusion The modified prescription of gentamicin rinse agent has the advantages of stable quality, simple determination of content and accurate results, which can be used for quality control.
