在DMF溶剂中用脂肪醇对苯乙烯(St)马来酸酐(MA)共聚物(SMA)进行酯化改性,可制备具有两亲结构的SMA脂肪醇单酯钠盐表面活性物质。采用吊环法对产物的表面张力进行了测定,并对其进行了复鞣加脂应用试验。结果表明:SMA经系列长链脂肪醇改性后,表面活性有很大程度上的提高;在酯化度相近时十二醇改性系列钠盐产品最好。另外,皮革试样经SMA钠盐、SMA脂肪醇单酯钠盐作用后,压缩弯曲形变高度明显增大、厚度明显增加、抗张及撕裂强度明显提高,后者的效果尤为明显。
Esterification of styrene (St) maleic anhydride (MA) copolymer (SMA) with aliphatic alcohol in DMF solvent can produce SMA fatty alcohol monoester sodium salt surfactant with amphipathic structure. The ring tension method was used to measure the surface tension of the product, and its retanning and fatliquoring application test was carried out. The results showed that the surface activity of SMA modified by long chain aliphatic alcohol was improved to a great extent. When the degree of esterification was similar, the sodium dodecyl alcohol modified product was the best. In addition, the leather sample by SMA sodium salt, SMA fatty alcohol monoester sodium salt, the compression bending deformation height increased significantly, the thickness increased significantly, tensile and tear strength increased significantly, the latter the effect is particularly evident.
