目的:观察溃疡止血方联合兰索拉唑治疗消化道溃疡上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2012年8月~2014年8月收治93例消化道溃疡上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=47)与对照组(n=46),对照组,应用兰索拉唑肠溶胶囊进行治疗,治疗组应用兰索拉唑联合溃疡止血方治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、腹痛缓解与止血时间及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为95.7%,高于对照组82.6%,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组腹痛缓解时间与止血时间均短于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为8.4%、6.6%,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:溃疡止血方联合兰索拉唑治疗消化道溃疡上消化道出血可有效缩短患者腹痛、出血等临床症状消失时间,疗效显著,且具有较高安全性,临床借鉴与推广价值大。 Objective: To observe the curative effect of ulcer and hemostatic prescription combined with lansoprazole on upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods: A total of 93 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding from peptic ulcer were enrolled in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014. The random number table was divided into treatment group (n = 47) and control group (n = 46) , The control group, the application of lansoprazole enteric-coated capsules for treatment, the treatment group treated with lansoprazole and ulcer hemostatic side treatment, the total effective rate of treatment, abdominal pain relief and bleeding time and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.7%, which was higher than that of the control group (82.6%), which was statistically significant (P <0.05). The pain relief time and hemostasis time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Adverse reactions in treatment group and control group were 8.4% and 6.6%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions: Combined with Lansoprazole and Lansoprazole in the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage of peptic ulcer can effectively shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain and hemorrhage in patients with gastric ulcer. The curative effect is significant and has high safety. The clinical reference and promotion value are great.
