构叶系桑科植物构树(Brnussone-tia Papyrifere(L),Vent)的叶。我们从中提取分离了总黄酮甙,并对其药理效应作了多方面的实验观察。本文报告构叶乙醇提取物(BPAE)与总黄酮甙(BPF)对离体家兔和豚鼠心房的作用。 材料与方法 药品 BPAE与BPF系本教研室提制,分别配成40％和0.6％的浓度供实验用(BPAE以100ml相当40g构叶表示)、pH均调至中性;5％CaCl_2注射液,系山东沂蒙新华制药厂生产,批号74060914。
The leaves of the genus Moraceae (Brunussone-tia Papyrifere (L), Vent). We extracted and separated the total flavonoids from the wolfberry, and made many experimental observations of its pharmacological effects. This paper reports the effect of BPAE and BPF on the atrial tissue of rabbits and guinea pigs. Materials and Methods Drugs BPAE and BPF were prepared in the Department of Education, and were respectively formulated into 40% and 0.6% concentrations for experimental use (BPAE is represented by 100ml equivalent 40g structured leaves) and pH was adjusted to neutral; 5% CaCl 2 injection, Department of Shandong Yimeng Xinhua Pharmaceutical Factory production, batch No. 74060914.
