目的:观察细胞粘附因子在人直肠癌淋巴管内皮细胞的表达及其与癌细胞扩散的关系。方法:采用免疫组化的方法观察癌胚抗原(CEA),细胞间粘附分子(ICAM1)和CD31在直肠癌淋巴管内皮细胞的表达。结果:CEA和ICAM1在癌周组织淋巴管和淋巴结的内皮细胞有高表达,而在正常淋巴管内皮细胞中则无阳性表达。CD31在癌周组织和癌周淋巴结以及正常人内皮细胞中都有阳性表达。结论 :CEA、ICAM 1和CD31在淋巴管内皮细胞中表达与癌细胞的扩散有关。CEA和ICAM 1可能在癌细胞和内皮细胞中有介导稳定粘附作用
Objective: To observe the expression of cell adhesion factor in lymphatic endothelial cells of human rectal cancer and its relationship with the spread of cancer cells. Methods: The expression of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM1) and CD31 in lymphatic endothelial cells of rectal cancer were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results: CEA and ICAM1 were highly expressed in the lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes in the peritumoral tissues, but not in the normal lymphatic endothelial cells. CD31 in the peritumoral and peritumoral lymph nodes and normal human endothelial cells have a positive expression. Conclusion: The expression of CEA, ICAM 1 and CD31 in lymphatic endothelial cells is related to the proliferation of cancer cells. CEA and ICAM 1 may mediate stable adhesion in cancer cells and endothelial cells
