中等跨径预制装配式简支变连续梁桥在山区高速公路中应用广泛,然而其柔性高墩在施工或运营过程中可能会出现较大偏位,尤其是在上部结构相邻联之间伸缩缝位置处高墩墩顶的偏移现象更为显著。该文结合某山区高速公路一座大纵坡柔性高墩装配式简支变连续预应力混凝土T梁桥联间交界墩偏位纠偏及桥墩加固的实施,基于联间交界墩偏位的成因分析及偏位桥墩纠偏和加固前后结构受力性能的非线性分析,对桥墩的安全性进行了评估,提出了可行的纠偏和加固措施并对纠偏过程中桥墩的状态进行了监控。结果表明:所采用的纠偏方案实用可行;就所分析的情形而言,发生较大偏位桥墩内的钢筋和混凝土应力已达规范容许值附近,必须予以纠偏和加固,并提出了建议的加固方案。
Medium-span prefabricated simply-supported continuous girder bridges are widely used in mountainous expressways. The results show that the correction scheme adopted is practical and feasible. For the analyzed case, the stress of the steel bar and concrete in the bridge with large deviation has reached the standard allowable value, which must be corrected and reinforced, and the proposed reinforcement Program.
