目的探讨硒对高碘摄入大鼠甲状腺TGAb、TMAb、FT3、FT4和TSH的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、高碘组和高碘加硒组,高碘加硒组灌胃给予亚硒酸钠,观察各组血清TGAb、TMAb、FT3、FT4和TSH水平变化。结果各组实验前后血清FT3、FT4和TSH水平差异无显著性(P>0.05),高碘组两种抗体水平逐渐缓慢升高,自身前后对比差异有显著性(P<0.05),而高碘加硒组抗体水平变化不大(P>0.05)。结论高碘组大鼠血清自身抗体水平随着时间的延长逐步升高,而硒对此有拮抗作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of selenium on thyroid TGAb, TMAb, FT3, FT4 and TSH in rats with high iodine uptake. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, high iodine group and high iodine plus selenium group, high iodine and selenium group were intragastrically given sodium selenite, and the changes of serum TGAb, TMAb, FT3, FT4 and TSH levels were observed. Results There was no significant difference in serum FT3, FT4 and TSH before and after the experiment in each group (P> 0.05). The level of two antibodies in the high iodine group gradually increased and the difference was significant before and after treatment (P <0.05) Addition of selenium group antibody levels did not change (P> 0.05). Conclusion Serum autoantibodies of rats in high iodine group increased gradually with time, while selenium had antagonistic effect.
