就高层建筑而言,除单一的高层住宅外,其它如商业大楼、贸易大厦等公用建筑都存在大空间的问题。现在,高层的工业厂房和仓库也开始出现。常规的结构手法往往采用框架体系,框支剪力墙体系或简体结构,配以各种钢筋混凝土楼盖。无疑这些都是成功之作,今后仍不失其优越性。但是,这些结构体系都存在着柱网小、自重大的问题,有的则是上部刚度大、下部刚度小的鸡腿式建筑,对抗震甚为不利。近几年来,作者致力于空间结构的开发和应用,积国内外网架楼盖用于多层建筑的成功经验和自己的实践,试图将网架楼盖用于高层建
As far as high-rise buildings are concerned, apart from a single high-rise residential building, other public buildings such as commercial buildings and trading buildings have large space problems. Now, high-level industrial plants and warehouses are beginning to emerge. Conventional structural methods often use a frame system, a frame-supported shear wall system or a simplified structure, and various reinforced concrete floor covers. Undoubtedly, these are all successes and they will continue to be advantageous in the future. However, these structural systems all have the problem that the column nets are small and self-important, and some are chicken leg structures with high rigidity on the upper part and small rigidity on the lower part, and it is very unfavorable to resist the earthquake. In recent years, the authors have devoted themselves to the development and application of spatial structures, accumulating the successful experience and their own practice of multi-story buildings with grid shelves at home and abroad, and trying to use grid shelves for high-rise construction.
