目的筛选产莫能菌素的芽胞杆菌菌株。方法采用液相-四级杆飞行时间质谱的方法结合Metlin数据库检索分析35株芽胞杆菌菌株的发酵液胞外成分。运用安捷伦公司的Mass Hunter软件,对数据进行分子特征提取,并通过Metlin代谢物质谱数据库检索,获得总体代谢物的信息。结果筛选出含莫能菌素的芽胞杆菌菌株为波茨坦短芽胞杆菌(Brevibacillus borstelensis)FJAT-10006。其中,莫能菌素的相对含量占其发酵液总代谢物的1.20%,其匹配得分达到93.75,保留时间为27.9518 min,精确质量数为670.4308。结论波茨坦短芽胞杆菌(Brevibacillus borstelensis)FJAT-10006为产莫能菌素菌株。为波茨坦短芽胞杆菌来源的抗真菌抗生素的开发与利用提供理论依据。
Objective To screen for monensin-producing Bacillus strains. Methods The extracellular components of the fermentation broth of 35 Bacillus strains were searched by liquid phase - quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry combined with Metlin database. Using Agilent’s Mass Hunter software, molecular data were extracted and retrieved from the Metlin Metabolite Mass Spectrometry database for overall metabolite information. Results The monensin-containing Bacillus strain was selected as Brevibacillus borstelensis FJAT-10006. Among them, the relative content of monensin accounted for 1.20% of the total metabolites of fermentation broth, matching score reached 93.75, retention time of 27.9518 min, the exact mass number of 670.4308. Conclusion Brevibacillus borstelensis FJAT-10006 is a monensin-producing strain. This study provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of antifungal antibiotics derived from Bacillus brevis.
