国际商务谈判是目前很多高校国际贸易、经济管理等经贸相关专业的重要课程之一。要培养优秀的商务精英,实践的教学环节必不可少,但形式化的实践并不能真正提高学生的谈判实力,所以我们构建了一个多层次的实践教学体系,具体包括展示教学、案例教学、情景模拟和模拟谈判四个层次的“点—线—面—体”实践教学体系。只有理论与实践相辅相成,才能真正让学生全面深入地掌握相关谈判知识与技巧,帮助他们成为具有良好素质的复合型人才。
International business negotiation is one of the important curriculums of economics and trade related major such as international trade, economic management and so on in colleges and universities at present. To cultivate excellent business elites, practical teaching is essential, but formalized practice can not really improve students’ bargaining power. Therefore, we have constructed a multi-level practical teaching system, which includes display teaching, case teaching, scenario Simulation and simulation of the four levels of negotiation “point - line - surface - body ” practice teaching system. Only the theory and practice complement each other, in order to truly enable students to fully understand the relevant negotiation knowledge and skills, to help them become a complex quality talents.
