为了解决钻大斜度定向井、深井及水敏性易塌地层的钻井液润滑、防塌等问题,将聚合醇应用于聚合物钻井液、聚磺饱和盐水钻井液中,利用聚合醇的特点,提高钻井液的抑制性、润滑能力、热稳定性和油层保护能力。经过文266-9井、文79-186井和桥66-23井等五口井的应用,均无粘附卡钻现象,完井电测一次成功率达80%,平均井径扩大率仅为10.52%。从而总结出了一套解决勘探老区大斜度大位移定向井、水敏性地层、深井等现场施工难题的技术方案。
In order to solve the problems of drilling fluid lubrication and anti-collapse in drilling large deviated directional well, deep well and water-sensitive collapsible stratum, the polymeric alcohol was used in polymer drilling fluid and polysulfate saturated brine drilling fluid. According to the characteristics of polymerized alcohol , Improve the drilling fluid inhibition, lubrication, thermal stability and reservoir protection. After the application of Well 266-9, Well 79-186 and Well 66-23, no sticking phenomenon was observed. The success rate of well completion was 80%. The average diameter expansion rate was only 10.52%. Therefore, a set of technical solutions to solve the on-site construction problems of large-scale and large-displacement directional wells, water-sensitive formations and deep wells in the exploration of old areas are summarized.
