1.为什么要建设电子元器件的高可靠生产线? 电子元器件的可靠性是系统、整机可靠性的基础。随着科学技术的发展,系统越来越复杂,整机的工作条件对所用基础元器件的要求,也越来越苛刻,以致按常规工艺生产的电子元器件已根本不能适应整机的要求。只有通过高可靠生产线才能生产出高可靠产品。建设高可靠生产线的目的,就在于为了生产一般生产线上所不能达到的高达七级(10~(-7)/小时,相当0.01%/10~4)或七级以上的高可靠元器件。
1. Why do we need to build a highly reliable production line for electronic components? The reliability of electronic components is the basis of system and machine reliability. With the development of science and technology, the system becomes more and more complex. The working conditions of the complete machine have become more and more demanding on the basic components used, so that the electronic components that are produced according to the conventional process cannot meet the requirements of the complete machine at all. Only highly reliable production lines can produce highly reliable products. The purpose of building a highly reliable production line is to produce high-reliable components with up to seven levels (10~(-7)/hour, equivalent to 0.01%/10~4) or more than seven levels which cannot be achieved on a general production line.
