本文提出了基于几何模型的快速视觉检测方法。该方法采用几何模型驱动的图像处理策略,利用产品的几何模型,根据用户的检测要求,制定检测索引表,用检测索引表引导计算机进行数据处理,以提高机器视觉的智能程度和数据处理速度。实验表明,采用该方法的激光机器视觉检测系统,在速度和精度上都可达到在线检测的要求。
This paper presents a rapid visual inspection method based on geometric model. This method uses the geometric model-driven image processing strategy to make use of the geometric model of the product, to develop the test index table according to the test requirements of the user, and to use the test index table to guide the computer to process the data so as to improve the intelligence degree of the machine vision and the data processing speed. Experiments show that this method of laser machine vision inspection system, both in speed and accuracy online testing requirements can be achieved.
