为了开发多功能单嘴真空精炼炉的脱硫工艺,在80 t RH基础上改造的80 t多功能单嘴真空精炼炉进行了37炉次的冶炼超低碳超低硫钢种的脱硫试验。试验结果表明:多功能单嘴真空精炼炉具有较好的脱硫效果,最高脱硫率可达到81.2%,钢液中最低w(S)可降低至10×10-6。研究了脱硫操作过程中脱硫剂、脱氧剂加入量及钢包渣厚对80 t多功能单嘴真空精炼炉脱硫效果的的影响。推荐的多功能单嘴真空精炼炉较优的脱硫工艺参数为:CaO-CaF2渣系的脱硫剂中石灰和萤石加入量分别为5.0~6.0和3.0~3.5 kg/t,脱氧剂金属铝的加入量为5.0kg/t。虽然钢包内渣厚对多功能单嘴真空精炼炉钢液终点硫含量及脱硫率没有明显影响,但为了发挥多功能单嘴真空精炼炉的其他精炼效果应严格控制来自转炉的渣厚。
In order to develop the desulfurization process of the multi-functional single nozzle vacuum refining furnace, the desulfurization test of 37 heats for the smelting of ultra-low carbon and ultra-low sulfur steel was carried out on an 80 t multi-functional single nozzle vacuum refining furnace based on 80 t RH. The experimental results show that the multi-functional single nozzle vacuum refining furnace has good desulfurization effect, the maximum desulfurization rate can reach 81.2%, and the minimum w (S) in molten steel can be reduced to 10 × 10-6. The effect of desulfurizer, amount of deoxidizer and ladle slag thickness on the desulfurization efficiency of 80 t multi-functional single nozzle vacuum refining furnace was studied. The optimum desulfurization process parameters of the recommended multi-functional single nozzle vacuum refining furnace are as follows: the amount of lime and fluorite in the CaO-CaF2 slag system is 5.0-6.0 and 3.0-3.5 kg / t respectively, and the deoxidizer metal aluminum Add amount of 5.0kg / t. Although the ladle slag thickness has no significant effect on the ultimate sulfur content and desulfurization rate of the multi-functional single nozzle vacuum refining furnace, the slag thickness from the converter should be strictly controlled in order to exert other refining effects of the multi-functional single nozzle vacuum refining furnace.
