自2003年成立后,救助管理站这一机构就成为媒体关注的对象,其产生的诸多危机,对民政事业造成了一定的影响。通过追溯救助管理站危机产生的原因,分析媒体的报道模式,文章得出救助管理站的危机主要源自于自身的行为失范和新闻记者的偏见,这其中媒体的体验式报道影响最大。基于这样的分析,文章认为解决救助管理站所面临的危机主要靠“纠错”和“纠偏”两种方式,其中“纠偏”更加重要,主要强化官民交往、进行民众赋权以及避免民众对信息的过度关注,以免阐释失据。
Since its establishment in 2003, the aid administration station has become the object of media attention. The many crises it caused have exerted some influence on the civil affairs. By tracing back to the cause of the rescue station crisis and analyzing the mode of media coverage, the article concludes that the crisis of the rescue station stems mainly from its own behavior misconduct and journalists’ prejudice, of which media experience report has the most influence. Based on this analysis, the article holds that the solution to the crisis faced by the aid management stations mainly depends on two ways: “error correction” and “correction”. Among them, “rectification” is more important and mainly strengthens the exchanges between government and people, And to avoid the public’s excessive attention to the information, so as to explain the loss of evidence.
