目的:测试三维固定式托槽结合超强纤维树脂夹板,在松动牙固定中所需操作时间。方法:分别采用三维固定式托槽结合超强纤维树脂夹板技术、方丝弓托槽片段弓技术及超强纤维树脂夹板技术进行实验室单颌固定,记录安装及拆除装置的操作时间。结果:三维固定式托槽结合超强纤维树脂夹板组在操作时间方面,与方丝弓托槽片段弓夹板组及超强纤维树脂夹板组相比较均有显著性差异。结论:三维固定式托槽可缩短超强纤维树脂夹板技术在松动牙固定中的操作时间。
OBJECTIVE: To test the operation time required for the fixation of loose teeth with a three-dimensional fixed brackets combined with a super-fiber resin splint. Methods: Three-dimensional fixed brackets combined with super-fiber resin splint technique, square arch brackets segment bow technique and super-fiber resin splint technique were used for single-jaw laboratory fixation. The operation time of the device was recorded and removed. Results: The operation time of three-dimensional fixed brackets combined with super-fiber resin splint group was significantly different from that of the arch wire brackets and the super-fiber splint group. Conclusion: The three-dimensional fixed brackets can shorten the operation time of the superfine fiber resin splint in loose tooth fixation.
