一、幼小衔接问题的原因分析幼小衔接存在问题的原因:一是小幼双方在认识上未达成共识。幼儿园长期以来更多的是在做单边的向上衔接,而小学只关注一年级新生入学时的适应研究,双方缺乏互相了解、互动沟通,幼小衔接工作未能真正形成合力。二是公、民办幼儿园实施幼小衔接的差异性。由于在师资和课程管理上民办幼儿园与公办幼儿园的差距,造成许多民办幼儿园的幼小衔接课程流于形式,缺乏实效性;不少 First, the reasons for the problem of young cohesion Young cohesion problems: First, both young and old did not reach a consensus on the understanding.
