以人工老化的香瓜种子为材料 ,用浸种预处理的方法 ,研究不同浓度青霉素对老化香瓜种子萌发及酶活性的生理生化效应 ,摸索了种子吸涨时间、萌发时间、萌发率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量及POD和SOD活性随青霉素浓度变化的特点和规律。结果表明 :2 0 0~ 30 0mg L青霉素可显著促进种子吸胀 ,缩短萌发时间 ;30 0~ 40 0mg L青霉素处理可显著提高发芽率 ,发芽率和发芽指数的提高均达到极显著水平 ;30 0mg L浓度对膜系统的稳定性最强 ;30 0~ 40 0mg L浓度范围内 ,SOD、POD活性最高 ,故 30 0mg L青霉素是促进老化香瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的最佳处理浓度。
The artificial aging melon seeds were used as materials to study the physiological and biochemical effects of different concentrations of penicillin on the germination and enzyme activities of the aged melon seeds by pretreatment with soaking seeds. The effects of the seed germination time, the germination time, the germination rate, the soluble sugar, the soluble Protein content and changes of POD and SOD activity with penicillin concentration characteristics and laws. The results showed that 200 ~ 300 mg penicillin could significantly increase the imbibition of seeds and shorten the germination time. The treatment with penicillin at 30 0 ~ 40 0 mg significantly increased the germination rate, and the germination rate and germination index increased significantly. The concentration of 0 mg L had the strongest stability to the membrane system, and the highest activity of SOD and POD in the concentration range of 30 0 ~ 40 0 mg L, so 30 mg L penicillin was the best treatment concentration to promote seed germination and seedling growth.
