通过对怀牛膝茎的化学实验、薄层层析,证明牛膝茎和根均含有三萜皂甙。从根和茎中均提得总皂甙,精制总皂甙经水解,分离得皂甙元,经与标准品同板薄层鉴定和红外光谱分析证明,根与茎的皂甙甙元均为齐墩果酸。经对怀牛膝根和茎中的总甙含量测定,结果表明怀牛膝茎中总皂甙含量达1.54%,稍低于同株植物根中总皂甙含量,因此认为,怀牛膝茎是不可忽视的药用资源。
By chemical experiments and thin-layer chromatography on Achyranthes bidentata stems, it was proved that the stems and roots of Achyranthes had triterpene saponins. The total saponins were extracted from roots and stems, and the purified total saponins were hydrolyzed to obtain saponins. After identification with thin plates of the same product and infrared spectrum analysis, the roots and stems of saponins were both oleanolic acids. . Determination of the total saponin content in the roots and stems of Achymochidendron chinense showed that the total saponin content in the stems of Achyranthes bidentata reached 1.54%, which was slightly lower than that of the total plant saponin in the roots of the same plant. Therefore, it is considered that the Achyranthes bidentata stems are not available. Ignored medicinal resources.
