一、前言涤纶二厂年产22.5×10~4t聚酯,从1984年试车投产以来,已有二年,氧化车间是为提供PTA(精对苯二甲酸)乃至聚酯产品保证连续生产的“龙头”,从去年大修及多次小修看来,设备与管道存在着较多的腐蚀问题。为加强设备管理,主要是压力容器检查,保证全厂安全,持续稳定生产,一年一度的大修调查是十分重要
