介绍了济南西机务段ND5型机车1991年所发生的机破在机车部位、修程、牵引重量、线路区段、机破责任等方面的分布情况,分析了主要的机破原因,提出了预防机破的措施。建议引入“机车牵引卡列列车机被车”的概念来评价牵引定数等指标。还对ND5型机车近期质量状态和主要故障进行了简单预测。
This paper introduces the distribution of machine breakage in locomotive parts, repair, traction weight, line section and machine break liability occurred in 199 locomotives of ND5 locomotives in Jinan West Railway Station. The main causes of machine breakage are analyzed and preventive measures are put forward Machine broken measure. It is suggested to introduce the concept of “Locomotive Traction Calendars” to evaluate the number of tractions and other indexes. The ND5 locomotive also made a simple prediction of the recent quality status and major faults.
