目的 :了解畸变产物耳声发射 ( DPOAE)在监测噪声性聋方面的应用价值。方法 :检测 1 0 2例 ( 1 95耳 )钻井工人 DPOAE的幅值和引出率。结果 :钻井工人 DPOAE的幅值和引出率均较对照组明显下降 ;随着接触噪声工龄的延长 ,DPOAE的引出率逐渐下降 ;纯音测听正常的接触噪声者与正常人相比 ,DPOAE的幅值及引出率亦明显降低 ;DPOAE高频段引出率与相应频段的纯音听阈存在着负相关。结论 :DPOAE能较好地反映噪声环境作业工人耳蜗功能情况 ,且较纯音测听更敏感 ,更客观。
Objective: To investigate the value of distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) in monitoring noise-induced deafness. Methods: The amplitude and rate of DPOAE of 102 drillers (1 95 ears) were detected. Results: Compared with the control group, the DPOAE of drilling workers decreased significantly in amplitude and lead-out rate. The DPOAE extraction rate decreased gradually with the prolonged exposure to noise. Compared with the normal DPOE, DPOAE amplitude Value and lead-out rate also decreased significantly. There was a negative correlation between the DPOAE high-frequency lead-out rate and pure tone threshold of the corresponding frequency band. Conclusion: DPOAE can better reflect the cochlear function of noise-exposed workers and is more sensitive and objective than pure tone audiometry.
