巨大型肾结石少见。现将我院遇到的一例报告如下。 男65岁。因上腹剧烈绞痛、无尿36小时急诊入院。查:急性重病容,烦躁不安,T36.2℃,P130次/分,Bp8.0/2.7kPa。浅表淋巴结不大,腹部明显压痛,无反跳痛,左肾区触及鹅卵大肿物,质坚硬,移动度差。在积极抗休克和对症处理同时,进一步检查:血WBC14.8×10~9/L;尿蛋白(++),RBC4～5/HP,WBC 6～7/HP;BUN14.1mmol/L,CO_2CP20mmol/L,Cr389μmol/L。B超示:右肾大小、形态无异常;左肾约13×7.8×6.8cm,中、下段可见约8cm弧形亮光带,
