工人的知识和技能,是工人人力资本的关键要素。工人人力资本在每一个维度上的提升,都对企业具有重要经济价值。默会知识是指员工个体、群体和企业层次等不同主体所拥有或掌握的难以言明和模仿、不易交流与共享、也不易被复制或窃取、尚未编码和显性化的各种内隐性知识。本文从默会知识维度,对工人人力资本的构成和测量问题,以及在此维度上的提升对企业所具有的经济价值进行了实证分析,具有一定的理论与现实意义。
Workers’ knowledge and skills are key elements of a worker’s human capital. The promotion of worker human capital in every dimension has important economic value to the enterprise. Tacit knowledge refers to the various tacit knowledge possessed by the different individuals such as employees, groups, and enterprises, which are difficult to be explained and imitated, difficult to communicate and share, and are not easily copied or stolen. . This dissertation has some theoretical and practical significance from the tacit knowledge dimension to the empirical analysis of the composition and measurement of worker’s human capital and the promotion of the enterprise’s economic value in this dimension.
