介绍了渗碳-高浓度碳氮共渗热处理的工艺特点、汽车拖拉机齿轮台架和装车试验及在生产上的应用效果。实践证明,用该工艺与微变形淬火挂具相结合,不仅可实现齿轮共渗后直接淬火,而且可控制齿轮表层的残余奥氏体和含氮碳化物的数量和分布,显著提高齿轮接触疲劳寿命。
The technical features of carburizing - high concentration carbonitriding heat treatment, the test of automobile tractor gear bench and loading and the application effect in production are introduced. Practice has proved that the combination of this technology and the micro-deformation of the hardened rack, not only allows direct quenching gear after permeation, but also control the gear surface of the residual austenite and the number and distribution of nitrogen-containing carbide, significantly improve the gear contact fatigue life.
