介绍清扫车的两种传统的传动形式,并分析它们所存在的固有缺点。提出一种新的机液复合传动方案,机械液压复合传动克服双发和液压传动的缺点,能够在作业状态下实现无级变速,提高清扫效率和清扫质量。车辆还可以方便的转换为机械传动下的前进行驶和倒车,传动效率高,具有很高地发展前景。
Describes two traditional forms of transmission for sweeper and analyzes their inherent shortcomings. A new hydraulic-mechanical compound transmission scheme is proposed. The mechanical-hydraulic hybrid transmission overcomes the shortcomings of dual-transmission and hydraulic transmission, and can realize continuously variable transmission under operating conditions to improve the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning quality. Vehicles can also be easily converted to forward and reverse under mechanical transmission, transmission efficiency, with high development prospects.
