目的 :探讨川芎嗪注射液电离子导入治疗玻璃体出血的疗效及机理。方法 :将兔实验性玻璃体出血模型 18只 (36只眼 )随机分为对照组和用药组 2组 ,对照组 :不做任何治疗 ,观察出血的自然转归 ;用药组 :予盐酸川芎嗪注射液电导入治疗。分不同时间点抽取兔房水和玻璃体 ,用高效液相色谱法测定房水和玻璃体中的药物浓度。用检眼镜观察眼底的可见度 ,以判断玻璃体出血吸收的情况。结果 :对兔实验性玻璃体出血 ,川芎嗪注射液电离子导入组出血吸收较对照组快。结论 :盐酸川芎嗪注射液电离子导入法可促进玻璃体出血的吸收 ,缩短病程 ,是一种简易有效的眼局部治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of iontophoresis of ligustrazine injection in the treatment of vitreous hemorrhage. Methods: Eighteen rabbits (36 eyes) with experimental vitreous hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group: without any treatment, the natural outcome of hemorrhage was observed. The treatment group was injected with tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride Liquid into the treatment. Rabbit aqueous humor and vitreous were extracted at different time points, and the concentration of drug in aqueous humor and vitreous was measured by HPLC. Use ophthalmoscope to observe the visibility of the fundus, to determine the absorption of vitreous hemorrhage. Results: In rabbit experimental vitreous hemorrhage, the ionization absorption of ligustrazine injection iontophoresis group was faster than that of control group. Conclusion: Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection iontophoresis can promote the absorption of vitreous hemorrhage, shorten the course of the disease, is a simple and effective eye local treatment.
