In this study, flow cytometry was used to measure the percentage of T and B lymphocytes of 17 kinds of monoclonal antibodies in peripheral blood of normal people and patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The results showed that T8 and 2H4 cells in patients with active SLE were lower than normal, 484 cells were higher than normal, and other markers of T cells also increased and decreased to varying degrees, suggesting that immunoregulatory T cells, especially T4 cells 2H4 subpopulation Abnormal, is the key to immune dysfunction and disease activity in SLE patients.
