低温抗裂性能是高模量沥青应用的重要影响因素之一。选取弯曲蠕变劲度试验、单边切口弯曲梁试验进行研究,比较蠕变劲度、断裂韧度、断裂能等指标用于评价高模量沥青低温抗裂性能的适用性。结果表明:不同种类高模量沥青的断裂韧度存在较大差异,采用蠕变劲度无法准确评价其低温抗裂性。沥青的断裂能排序与沥青混合料的临界弯曲应变能排序一致,断裂能适宜作为高模量沥青的低温抗裂性能评价指标。鉴于不同种类高模量沥青的低温抗裂性差异显著,建议通过沥青试验、沥青混合料试验对低温抗裂性进行综合评价,以保证高模量沥青材料的应用效果。
Low temperature cracking resistance is one of the important factors affecting the application of high modulus asphalt. The flexural creep stiffness test and unilateral notched bending beam test are selected to study the applicability of creep stiffness, fracture toughness, fracture energy and other indicators for evaluating the low temperature cracking resistance of high modulus asphalt. The results show that the fracture toughness of different kinds of high modulus asphalt is quite different, and the creep stiffness can not accurately evaluate the low temperature crack resistance. The breaking energy order of asphalt is consistent with the critical bending strain energy of asphalt mixture, and the fracture energy is suitable as the evaluation index of low temperature crack resistance of asphalt with high modulus. In view of the significant difference in the low temperature crack resistance of different types of high modulus asphalt, it is suggested that the comprehensive evaluation of the low temperature crack resistance should be conducted through the asphalt test and the asphalt mixture test to ensure the application effect of the high modulus asphalt material.
