21世纪是信息的时代,网络正在以不可估量的速度发展,随着宽带技术的日益成熟,宽带正在进入普通的家庭,成为愈来愈多人生活的一部分如此广泛的前景是众多ISP运营商力拼的原因。但是随着竞争的加剧,各家运营商彼此提供的产品已经非常接近,客户很难区分彼此的不同,各家运营商均有一定数量的忠诚客户和潜在客户。如何能突出自己的特色,进而保持长久的优势是我们要认真研究和实施的工作,下面我从服务营销的角度谈谈看法。
