目的 探讨黄连解毒汤有效部位对多发性脑梗塞 (MCI)大鼠脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 采用同种大鼠无菌自然干燥血凝块颈总动脉注射建立MCI模型 ,观察黄连解毒汤有效部位对MCI大鼠脑组织丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶 (Cu Zn SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH )、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH PX)、谷胱甘肽S转移酶 (GSH ST)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响 ;结果 黄连解毒汤有效部位可提高模型动物脑匀浆SOD、Cu ZnSOD、CAT、GSH PX和GSH ST活性 ;提高GSH含量 ,降低MDA、LD含量与LDH活性 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 黄连解毒汤有效部位对多发脑梗塞大鼠脑脂质过氧化损伤有显著保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of effective fraction of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on lipid peroxidation injury in rats with multiple cerebral infarction (MCI). METHODS: The MCI model was established by injecting common carotid arteries of aseptically natural dried blood clots in rats of the same type. The effect of active fractions of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and copper in brain tissue of MCI rats was observed. Zinc superoxide dismutase (Cu Zn SOD), reduced glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GSH PX), glutathione S transferase (GSH ST), hydrogen peroxide Effect of Enzyme (CAT); Results The active fraction of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can increase the activities of SOD, Cu ZnSOD, CAT, GSH PX and GSH in brain homogenates of model animals; increase the content of GSH and decrease the content of MDA, LD and LDH activity (P < 0 0 5, P <0 0 1). Conclusion The effective fraction of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction has a significant protective effect on cerebral lipid peroxidation injury in rats with multiple cerebral infarction.
