锡石——硫化物的浮选分离

云龙锡矿选厂,多年来都是用单一重选方法,从石英脉矿中回收锡石的重选厂。近年来随着采矿沟矿体深部发展,矿石已由原来的锡石——氧化矿逐步过渡到锡石——硫化矿的多金属矿。用原来的单一重选工艺,无法将锡石和硫化物有效分开,所产的摇床精矿、跳汰精矿中含锡只有23~31%,硫化物(黄铁矿、毒砂)却占矿物总量51~54%,含砷高达2.84~3.15%,达不到冶炼要求,冶炼厂拒绝接受,造成选厂产品积压,资金周转困难。 Yunlong tin ore processing plant, over the years are using a single re-election method, recovered from quartz vein ore caustic re-election plant.
