For patients with bilateral upper stenosis or obstruction of the external iliac vein, we used a bilateral external iliac vein cannula and a self-made adjustable three-way connecting tube (with photos) to perform simultaneous equivalence injection. In this way, both the diagnostically advantageous angiograms showing both sides of the vascular lesions are simultaneously obtained, and the X-rays of the patient’s X-adjustable work-piece connecting tube 1 and the plastic three-way switch 2 are shortened.
