当前病案服务对象的多元化发展,对病案信息服务的内容及服务形式也提出了更高的要求。文章总结了实施人性化管理的方式,提高病案信息服务的方法。针对病案管理信息服务的现状,提出优化各系统工作流程,建立健全病案管理制度,对病案流通的全过程进行科学管理的思路。并选择适合的病案管理服务模式,采取人性化的管理方法,发挥工作人员的能动性,使病案管理的服务方式由被动服务向主动服务方向发展。为服务对象提供及时准确的信息服务。
The current diversification of medical record service targets also sets higher requirements on the content and service forms of medical record information services.
