本文报道4例使用异环磷酰胺/巯乙磺酸钠细胞毒化疗发生严重低血钾症,其中1例死亡。3例患者以异环磷酰胺5g/M~2及巯乙磺酸钠9g/M~2,另1例用量分别为4g/M~2及8g/M~2。异环磷酰胺溶于3000ml葡萄糖盐水中(未加钾制剂),24小时内输注。巯乙磺酸钠除与异环磷酰胺同时应用外,并于异环磷酰胺输注后继续使甩8～12小时。其中1例未加用其他细胞毒药物,另3例中1例与鬼臼乙叉甙及Mitozantrone,1例与阿霉素及长春碱酰胺,1例与氨甲喋呤及鬼臼乙叉甙合用。因3例出现异环磷酰胺脑病所致的精神紊
In this paper, 4 cases of severe hypokalemia were treated with ifosfamide / sodium thioethane cytotoxic chemotherapy, of which 1 died. 3 patients were given ifosfamide 5g / M ~ 2 and sodium thioethane 9g / M ~ 2, and the other one were 4g / M ~ 2 and 8g / M ~ 2, respectively.
