通过对氨基酸席夫碱合成方法的改进,合成了未见报导的4-OH-Sal-L-Met。K席夫碱及其锰(Ⅱ)配合物,并由元素分析、热重——差热分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱、电子光谱进行了表征。抗癌活性初步试验表明:锰(Ⅱ)配合物对艾氏腹水癌具有显著的抗癌活性,其抑制率达64.71%。
Through the improvement of the synthetic method of amino acid Schiff base, 4-OH-Sal-L-Met has not been reported. K Schiff bases and their manganese (Ⅱ) complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, TG-DTA, molar conductance, IR, 1HNMR and electronic spectra. The preliminary test of anticancer activity showed that manganese (Ⅱ) complex had significant anticancer activity on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma with the inhibition rate of 64.71%.
