由上海第二分析仪器厂和上海化工研究院共同试制的 HQG-102型红外线气体分析仪,在上海技术物理研究所的协作下,已于1977年10月在上海进行技术鉴定。该仪器由于采用了半导体红外检测器及窄通带红外滤光片,提高了仪器的可靠性及选择性。同时,比目前普遍使用的光声式红外气体分析仪具有仪器结构简单,机械加工简便,体积小,成本较低和不需要复杂的予处理等优点。仪器的主要技术指标
The HQG-102 infrared gas analyzer, jointly developed by Shanghai No.2 Analytical Instrument Factory and Shanghai Chemical Industry Research Institute, has been technically appraised in Shanghai in October 1977 with the cooperation of the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics. The instrument due to the use of semiconductor infrared detector and narrow passband infrared filter, improve the reliability and selectivity of the instrument.
