人体运动主要是将某生物进行机械能转化的一个过程,在这一过程中存在着的外在与内在特点分别包含两个方面:一是动作;二是能量代谢。本文主要基于动作和能量代谢的视角下对静水皮划艇项目训练进行分析。其动作主要是指人体动作在静水皮划艇中的灵活性与稳定性。能量代谢主要是指在短距离的静水皮划艇中主要以无氧供能作为主导,长距离的静水皮划艇则是有氧供能为主导;因短距离主要发展的是肌肉横断面,而长距离主要发展的是有氧能力。因此,在静水皮划艇项目训练中重点应强调的是动作与技术为载体的一个过程,尤其要注重动作的灵活性与稳定性,才能有效的发挥出能量的供应能力。
