根据耦合度及耦合协调度的计算模型,测算了2012年大小兴安岭国有林区25个林业局生态建设与经济转型的耦合度及耦合协调度,并给出了系统耦合发展类型分类体系及判别标准,划分了耦合发展类型,并进行了分析。结果表明:大小兴安岭国有林区的生态建设与经济转型的协调性整体偏低,且大多偏向生态主导型,这一评价结果为国有林区经济转型模式的选择提供了现实依据,提出了不同的耦合类型区实施不同的经济转型模式,比如发展生态旅游等生态产业、延长传统的产业链条、加大新型替代产业的发展、促进多种经营的发展等。
