目的观察某天然山泉水对实验性高脂大鼠血脂及血流变学的影响。方法 24只SD大鼠根据血清总胆固醇(TC)水平随机分为某天然山泉水组和模型对照组。采用高脂饲料喂养建立高血脂大鼠模型,在给予高脂饲料的同时,某天然山泉水组自由饮用某天然山泉水,模型对照组自由饮用自来水,连续饮用60 d后,采血测定血脂和血流变学指标。结果与模型对照组比较,某天然山泉水组甘油三酯(TG)显著降低(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)极显著降低(P<0.01);与模型对照组相比,某天然山泉水组切变率为200s-、100s-和50s-时,全血黏度均极显著降低(P<0.01),切变率为10s-时,全血黏度显著降低(P<0.05);红细胞压积显著降低(P<0.05)。结论某天然山泉水具有降低实验性高脂大鼠甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的作用,也具有改善血流变学的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of a natural mountain spring water on blood lipids and hemorheology in experimental hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into a natural mountain spring water group and a model control group according to serum total cholesterol (TC) levels. At the same time, a natural mountain spring water group freely drink some natural spring water, the model control group drinking tap water freely, continuous drinking for 60 days, the blood was measured for blood lipids and blood Rheology indicators. Results Compared with the model control group, triglyceride (TG) and LDL-C in a natural mountain spring water group were significantly decreased (P <0.05), compared with the model control group (P <0.01). When the shear rate was 10s-, the whole blood viscosity was significantly decreased (P <0.01), and the viscosity of whole blood was significantly lower at the shear rate of 200s-, 100s- and 50s- 0.05); hematocrit decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion Certain natural mountain spring water has the effect of reducing triglyceride and LDL cholesterol in experimental hyperlipidemic rats and also has the effect of improving hemorrheology.
