太钢尖山磁铁精矿属高铁、高硅、超细粒度铁精矿。实验室试验及工业试验表明 ,烧结配用尖山精矿时 ,如果强化制粒措施不力 ,随尖山精矿配比升高 ,大约精粉率每提高10 % ,烧结利用系数下降 2 %～ 3% ,烧结矿转鼓强度也有下降趋势 ;采取强化制粒措施后 ,烧结多配用尖山精矿不会影响其产量 ,且烧结矿冶金性能完全满足高炉冶炼的要求。
