太钢尖山磁铁精矿属高铁、高硅、超细粒度铁精矿。实验室试验及工业试验表明 ,烧结配用尖山精矿时 ,如果强化制粒措施不力 ,随尖山精矿配比升高 ,大约精粉率每提高10 % ,烧结利用系数下降 2 %~ 3% ,烧结矿转鼓强度也有下降趋势 ;采取强化制粒措施后 ,烧结多配用尖山精矿不会影响其产量 ,且烧结矿冶金性能完全满足高炉冶炼的要求。
Taiyuan Jianshan magnet concentrate is a high-speed rail, high-silicon, ultra-fine iron ore concentrate. Laboratory tests and industrial tests show that when using Jianshan concentrate with sintering, if the strengthening granulation measures are not effective, with the increase of the ratio of Jianshan concentrate, the utilization factor of sintering decreases by 2% ~ 3% for every 10% increase of the refining powder rate, , Sinter drum strength also has a downward trend; take enhanced granulation measures, sintering more with Jianshan concentrate will not affect its production, and the sinter metallurgy fully meet the requirements of blast furnace smelting.
