快乐高效课堂实施以来,我们惊喜地发现,学生变得活泼了,胆子大了,课堂变得活跃了,学生都敢于提问,敢于发表自己的意见和看法。但在我们的课堂教学中,却也出现了好多不和谐的音符:只听教师,不管同伴;争抢发言,不知所云;随心所欲,爱听则听;只顾手头,不顾要求;过分激动,忘乎所以……在活跃的课堂里,学生光有表达是不够的,只有认真倾听,学生才能积极有效地参与教学活动过程,
Since the implementation of the Happy and Efficient Classroom, we have been pleasantly surprised to find that students have become more and more energetic, courageous and active in class. Students have the courage to ask questions and dare to express their opinions and opinions. However, in our classroom teaching, there have also been many discordant notes: listening to teachers, regardless of peers, scrambling to speak, unintelligible, listening as they please, listening to what they want, disregarding demand, being over-excited, forgetting about ...
