血府逐瘀液是由血府逐瘀丸改剂型而得。由枳壳、赤芍等11味中药组成;具有活血化瘀、行气止痛之功效。本文对其进行了定性定量研究。1 仪器与试药 日立-635型高效液相色谱仪,834色谱数据处理机;薄层硅胶G,D_(-101)大孔吸附树脂,橙皮甙对照品,芍药甙对照品(定量用),血府逐瘀液样品及处方中各药材由吉林省延边敖东制药厂提供。
Xuefu Zhuyu Liquid is derived from the modified Xuefu Zhuyu Pill. It consists of 11 Chinese herbal medicines such as Citrus aurantium and Radix Paeoniae Rubra. It has the effect of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, and relieving pain. This article conducted a qualitative and quantitative study. 1 Instruments and reagents Hitachi-635 High Performance Liquid Chromatograph, 834 Chromatographic Data Processor; Thin Layer Silica Gel G, D-(-101) Macroporous Adsorption Resin, Hesperidin Reference, Paeoniflorin Control (Quantitative) The Xuefu Zhuyu liquid sample and each drug in the prescription were provided by Jilin Yanbian Jidong Pharmaceutical Factory.
